A: No. We have created a general login for all customers who would like to visit our website.

Q: I see an item that I like and would like to order it. How do I go about doing that?
A: This is an easy process. Just follow these steps:
1) add this item to the wish list
2) click on wish list, which is located on the left hand side of the page under the features section.
3)Select the item you would like to order
4) click on email my wish list
5) put in your name and your email address. Then put our email address in.
By doing this an email will be sent to us informing us that you are interested in an item.
Q: There are no prices on your website. How do I find out how much an item costs?
A: We do not list prices on our website. Some customers choose to install it themselves and others choose to have us install it. You may request a price for an item by adding the item to your wish list and sending it to us. We will be more than happy to email the price of an item to you! Or you may contact us to receive a price quote.
Q: I want to have you install an item that I have found on your website. How do I go about setting that up?
A: If you would like to purchase and item and have it installed by Upstate Bath, you can add it to your wish list and email your wish list to us. In the email make sure you let us know that you want it installed by us. Someone will get in contact with you to set up a time to sit down with you and go over your options. If you do not want to wait for us to contact you, you may contact us.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept.
A: We accept cash, check, and credit cards. We do not accept credit cards over the phone. All other methods of payment can be dropped off at the store or mailed to us.
Q: Is there a warranty on the items that I purchase through the Virtual Lighting Showroom?
A: If you purchase an item from us and we install it we offer a full five year warranty from the date of installation.
If you choose to install it yourself only the manufacture warranty applies.
