Michael—President

My name is Michael O’Neill. I am the president of Upstate Bath Systems. I started out working in construction and decided I wanted to specialize in one particular field so I decided to start up my own business. In 1985 Upstate Bath Systems Inc. was born! I take pride in being able to work with each and everyone of our customers in order to make their experience pleasant and to insure they get exactly what they are looking for.

Joe—Office Manager

I’ve been married to my wife, Amie, for 14 years.  We have two sons Jacob 12, and Jonas 10.  I am a soccer coach and love to play golf.  I started out in life working at our family store and then in 1997 the opportunity arose for me to go work at Upstate Bath and low and behold here I am.  I started out as an installer where have worked on at least fifty different bathrooms.  I did installations and services for two years and then moved up to office manager where I have been for the last eight years!  I am dedicated to my job, it is like a second home to me!

Sharon—Administrative Assistant, Service Coordinator 

I joined Upstate Bath in May of 2007.  Before that I was a stay at home mom taking care of my son Isaiah 5 and daughter Sarah 2.  I decided to go back to work since my oldest is attending kindergarten in September.  I work in the office assisting Mike and Joe, and I take care of all service issues.  This job just fell in my lap and has turned out to be a fun and exciting opportunity!  I am glad I was offered and accepted the job.  I look forward to being here for a very long time!

Billy—Installer

Growing up my dad did a full renovation of the home we lived in.  This is where I was introduced to construction and began to learn the trade.  I had my own business until 1997 when I was injured and had to give up my business.  When I was well I wanted to stay in construction so went in search for a job.  I applied at Upstate and here I am.  I have been here since 2000.  I am partnered with Will.   I enjoy coming to work each day and I get tremendous satisfaction building and creating!

Jason—Installer

I have been with the company for a few years now.  I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful children.  I love to spend time with my family. I am partnered with Steve. 

Steve—Installer

I am partnered with Jason.  I have been working for Upstate Bath since January of 2002.

Wayne—Installer

I have been in the construction business for 22 years but I only started working for Upstate Bath sixteen years ago.   I joined the Upstate Bath team because I believed in their product and wanted to help the company grow.  I have the pleasure of being partnered with George and over the last sixteen years I have completed thousands of bathrooms.

Will—Installer

I just had the pleasure of making my long time girlfriend my beautiful wife.  I have only been with the company a little over a year.  I am partnered with Billy whom, never ceases to amaze me.  Everyday he teaches me something new.  I enjoy working for Upstate Bath and hope to be here for a while!

George—Installer

I am new to the company.  I am partnered with Wayne.
